Job purpose of Office clerk (vice president)


To be responsible to supervise the office staff including hiring, training, and supervising. Position will develop, implement and oversee office automation systems and processes for the department so it runs efficiently and provides good customer service.

Key duties/responsibilities of Office clerk:


1. Perform daily office tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing correspondence, recording, maintaining records, posting and similar job functions.
2. Managing filing systems and performing a variety of administrative duties.
3. Print and distribute attendance log.
